During this time, it is important to record your experiences, thoughts, and feelings. This will help you track your progress and connect with the energy of Reiki on a deeper level.

Objective

The goal of the journal is to reflect on the impact of Reiki in your life, particularly in relation to emotional, mental, and energetic purification and balance. Each day provides an opportunity for self-exploration and transformation.

How to Use the Journal:

1. Reflect on your sensations and emotions while practising Reiki each day.

2. Write down any insights, learnings, or blocks that arise during the process.

3. Apply Chokurei with intention, remembering that each symbol brings healing power.

4. Be gentle with yourself and use this journal as a tool for self-compassion and growth

Sample Journal Structure:

• Day 1: Initial feelings and expectations. How did you feel when starting your Reiki journey? Was there any resistance or a sense of well-being?

• Days 2 to 10: Daily observations on what you notice in relation to Reiki energy, changes in the body, mind, or emotions. How is the use of Chokurei affecting your life?

• Days 11 to 21: Intensification of cleansing and self-awareness. Which areas of your life are being most affected? Are there any emotional or physical patterns you’re noticing?

Upon completing the 21 days, reflect on your overall experience. What have you learned about yourself? How do you feel about your healing journey? Remember that healing is ongoing, and this journal is an important milestone in your spiritual evolution.
